SAUNA
Take a break and unwind with our brand new steam sauna, tucked right into the Tasmanian countryside with views of the vines and Ben Lomand! Let the heat do its thing, then cool off with a refreshing cold shower or cold plunge in the ice bath. Hot-cold therapy can help ease stress, boost circulation and leave you feeling refreshed and recharged.
COMMUNITY SAUNA

We open our sauna for community sessions every Sunday. Sauna is a healthy way to unwind with friends and meet new people. And at $50 per person, it's far cheaper than a night out. But there's only room for five people at a time, so book your space now!

PRIVATE SAUNA

You can also book our sauna for private sessions any day of the week. This is a great option for romantic getaways, catch ups with mates or clearing some quiet time for yourself. It will only cost $200 for one of our private sessions for up to five people.
SAUNA TIPS AND TRICKS
Where to find the sauna
Our sauna is located at Bundaleera Vineyard, 65 Correa Drive in Relbia. Follow the signs to our cellar door where we will meet you and point you in the right direction to our sauna. The sauna is located a short two minute walk past our cellar door. There is plenty of parking on site at the cellar door and sauna.
What to bring and wear
We recommend bringing a water bottle and two towels - one to use in the sauna and one to dry off with after. Please use swimwear while in the sauna and ice bath.
How to prepare
We recommend arriving around 10 minutes before the start of your session so you have time to find the sauna. We also recommend drinking plenty of water prior to your sauna session. We also recommend avoiding alcohol prior to your sauna as this can increase the risk of dehydration. Please be aware there are no toilets near the sauna.
During your sauna
We recommend having a quick rinse in the outdoor shower before you begin your sauna experience. When in the sauna, we suggest staying for around 15 minutes before taking your first cold plunge in the ice bath. You can repeat this up to three times per sauna session for optimal benefits!
After your sauna
We recommend replenishing your body with fluids after a sauna by drinking plenty of water.
Benefits of hot and cold therapy
Researchers are increasingly recognising hot and cold therapy for a range of benefits, including improved circulation, muscle recovery and muscle response. But one of the most noticeable impacts of sauna and ice bath can be boosts to your mental health and general mood.
Bookings
The Bundaleera sauna is available for both private and share sessions. There is a strict maximum of five people per sauna session (for both private and community sessions). If you book a private session, you will have exclusive use of the sauna for you and your group. If you opt for our popular community sessions, you will share with up to four other people - this is a great chance to meet and chat with others!
Please book your preferred sauna session via our online booking platform here. We cut off online booking 24 hours before, so if you would like to make a last minute booking, please send us an email (bundaleera@outlook.com).

Bookings are generally non-fundable, however, we can reschedule your session to another time, with at least 24 hours notice.
Who can use the sauna?
We limit the sauna to people who are 18 years and over.
